5 very quickly choosen bests

All cameras used were different for each picture. Most were taken by an above average Olympus Digital camera, as well as a iPhone4 and iPhone5. The first picture, may be the only raw, manual camera picture taken by a Nikon from 2003 (plus it also had the fisheye lens). I'm not sure what camera I'll be using this summer, most likely it will be my old (hardly functioning Nikon) or *fingers crossed* a new functional Nikon!

My Expectations.

Before we had our first class, I wasn't sure how much actual camera action we'd be "exposed" too (hah). I had a good feeling photoshop would be involved, aka a main reason why I was excited this course was offered in the summer, and even better, that it was offered by BETH!

As the first class approached, I started to have a feeling there had to be more creativity involved, that is, if this were truly a Beth Lykin's class. I kind of worried about having to take my own pictures, which is something I do on occasion but never had the passion for. For example, I've never set up a shoot, or planned a photo session..

As I get older i realize I actually always have enjoyed taking pictures but never pursued it... So for me, my expectations for this class are simply to learn. To learn how to see things differently, how to be more creative, and most of all how to take a GOOD picture. I've always thought of myself as a good photographer, but that "photography" I did, was a picture of my family, or a landscape, or at a concert... never more. i want more!
